There are some photos in my iphone and I want to transfer them to my pc for editing.The problem is,none of these photos was taken by iphone so it's not easy to transfer.I have done it once before but this time it doesn't work out.I really don't know which step is wrong!Could u pls help me...

Try this, depending if you are running Mac or Windows.
If Mac
Plug your iPhone into your Mac
Launch Preview (it's usually in Applications)
From the File menu navigate down and select the “Import from iPhone…" bar
Select “Import All”
Look in your ~/Pictures/ folder for the photos from your iPhone
If Windows
As long as iTunes is not running then the PC should recognise the iPhone as a separate device and you should be able to navigate to the photos with either Explorer or via the "My Computer" icon.

if the photos were not taken on your iphone, then it depends on how they got there...
those taken on the iphone are available as described above - the same as a digital camera...
but if not taken on the iphone are they in an app / in the camera roll (in which case c.f. above)???
if in an app then connect to itunes / see if that app allows file transfers - it is an itunes based option
or else the app may have its own method - e.g. connecting to it across wifi...
a bit more information is needed
